Terms & Conditions:

- One bedroom occupied 2 persons maximum

- Two bedrooms occupied 4 persons maximum

- Housekeeping service once a week, and one parking space are included.

- Electrical, internet access, and laundry services are not included in basic lease rate.

- All premises are rented out in a furnished condition.

- The booking deposit is one month's basic rental fee.
Booking deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease period subject to terms and conditions.
